STRENGTHEN AND STRETCH TRAUMA-SENSITIVE YOGA
WEDNESDAYS 7 pm PST (9 pm CT)

1 hour of Trauma Sensitive Yoga. This class is open to all. I recommend that participants have their own mental health support or therapist with whom they can process anything that may come up during our shared yoga practice.
This class is an opportunity to move at your own pace, to notice sensations, to stretch, strengthen, and relax. Ukulele and lullabies offered during rest at the end of class.

.DANCE YOGA
THURSDAYS 1 pm PST (3 pm CT)
30 minutes of mindful dance. This class is an opportunity to move and dance. Each week a new playlist, new artists, new choreographies. Follow along with Caro’s movements or create your own moves. Join a vibrant and welcoming community of yogis who love to dance.
